This apprenticeship will focus on workplace readiness and hands-on, individualized training within key areas of the industry. Areas of focus include artistic administration and direction, stage management, scenic construction, lighting and sound, costuming, as well as front-of-house services like ushering or concessions.\r\nReports to: Director of Arts Access and individual department leads within TNP\r\nWork Schedule: Report once weekly for a six-month intensive training program; total hours roughly 75 with additional optional opportunities\r\nCompensation: $18/hr\r\nTraits and Characteristics: An ideal candidate demonstrates a strong passion for a career within the theatre or arts industries.
