This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who is eager to grow cloud, DevOps, and reliability engineering skills while working alongside experienced engineers in a supportive learning environment.\r\nIn this role, the Cloud Engineer will contribute to building, operating, and improving scalable and reliable systems across AWS and Azure. The position emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and progressive responsibility.\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\nSupport the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services in AWS and Azure under guidance from senior engineers\r\nAssist with Infrastructure as Code development using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation\r\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation efforts to improve deployment reliability\r\nAssist in monitoring cloud environments and troubleshooting operational issues\r\nParticipate in incident response activities and post-incident reviews as a learning opportunity\r\nCollaborate with software engineering and operations teams to support application deployments\r\nFollow established security, reliability, and cost-management best practices\r\nDocument systems and operational procedures\r\nParticipate in an on-call rotation with appropriate training and support\r\nQualifications – Desired Experience\r\n2–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or related roles (including internships or co-ops)\r\nFoundational knowledge of AWS and/or Azure\r\nBasic experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows\r\nExposure to containers such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus\r\nExperience with at least one scripting or programming language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)\r\nBasic understanding of Linux or Windows systems and networking fundamentals\r\nStrong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nAWS or Azure foundational certifications (or actively working toward one)\r\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools\r\nInterest in DevOps, SRE, and automation best practices\r\nCompensation: The salary range is between $52,500 - $80,000.
