We would love to discuss it with you in more detail!Parts Sales Manager ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall management of Outside Parts Sales and Inside Parts Sales staff Responsible for managing, monitoring, and training all outside sales staff to be a profitable, productive, and effective sales force in the market area of responsibility Work to motivate all parts personnel inclusive of Parts Manager to provide high levels of customer serviceResponsible for facilitating positive and productive interaction between the sales staff and the remainder of the parts department personnelResponsible for the preparation of sales strategies, assignment of territories and the development of marketing plans for the parts departmentResponsible for active involvement with day-to-day sales efforts and sales staffWork cohesively with the Parts Manager to ensure profit and efficiency of the departmentResponsible for overall customer service relative to both internal and external customersResponsible for fostering cohesion between the parts department and other dealership departmentsPerform all other duties as assignedParts Sales Manager RequirementsEducation: A high school diploma and/or GED required. Combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill and abilities. Training in a Dealership environment preferred. Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience in a Dealership and three years in management preferred.Licenses or Certificates: A valid driver’s license is required.
