This is a person who also has an interest in learning and selling high-end home sewing machines and other sewing, embroidery, and quilting products and services we offer.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with excellent customer service and a friendly disposition.Learn, describe and successfully demonstrate the use and operation of sewing, quilting and embroidery machines, supplies and other products and services offered.Process all services/classes/customer transactions accurately and efficiently in the POS.Prepare and maintain merchandise displays for purchase, demonstration and use.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Initiative Champion: Exhibit an insatiable curiosity, pursuing ongoing learning of all products, processes, techniques to enhance both personal growth and the business.Fluent Communicator: Effortlessly engage customers and colleagues with a positive and professional demeanor.Tech Explorer: Effortlessly navigate our Point of Sale system and communicate effectively using computers.Physical Resilience: Embrace the physical demands of the role, including regular lifting, on your feet majority of the day, climbing, and carrying up to 50 pounds.Structured Organizer: Thrive in a diverse, fast-paced setting while adeptly juggling priorities.Locations:Primary - Williamsville, NY.Secondary - East Aurora, NY.Training: Provided (hands-on, online, self motivated).Business Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.Compensation: This position is paid hourly based on experience, with additional potential for commission earned upon completing training(s).
