If you can see yourself fitting into this growing team, let’s talk about GIG things together.\n\nColorado residents: Typical pay for this role is $20-$24 per hour depending on experience.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nStart your day knowing it probably won’t be typical and brand-new tasks not listed below are bound to come up.\nInstall, test, troubleshoot, and document test results for fiber optic lines and low voltage data cables utilizing industry standardized testers.\nDress and route Fiber optic cables and low voltage data cabling into data closets, lock boxes and work areas.\nFiber optic and low voltage data installation for existing and new construction apartment complexes.\nInstall a structured cabling system including pathways, spaces, horizontal cabling, backbone fiber optic, and testing. This includes understanding applicable codes, standards, and industry-best practices.\nObtaining and maintaining ALLO Communications issued tool supply.\nA gym membership isn’t required but you will be expected to lift up to 80 pounds.\nKnow that working outdoors in all types of weather is a requirement.\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nConstruction, low voltage, or telecommunications experience preferred.\nAbility to learn and apply new technical skills.\nValid driver license and acceptable driving record.\n\nSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:\nAbility to work safely in construction and customer environments.\nAbility to use hand and power tools.\nAbility to work at heights and in tight spaces.\nStrong attendance and reliability.\nAbility to follow direction and work as part of a team.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate professionally.\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nAbility to learn safe work practices and use tools properly.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nRaise objects up to 50 lbs.\nRemain upright on feet for extended periods\nRemain stationary for extended periods\nAbility to communicate information\nAbility to crouch and crawl\n\nAbility to bend, kneel, and stand\nAbility to crawl in tight spaces\nAbility to ascend/descend ladder\nAbility to carry tools and equipment\nAbility to operate a computer\nAbility to observe details at far range\nAbility to operate hand tools and equipment\nAbility to operate machinery\nAbility to work in outdoors\nAbility to work in extreme weather\nIdentify different colors\nAbility to pass a DOT Physical/Certification\nPossess/maintain a Valid Driver’s License\nPeople are our passion.
