Private Nanny
We are a private, high-net-worth family seeking a nurturing, professional, and experienced Nanny to care for our child(ren) in a loving and structured environment. The ideal candidate is warm, discreet, proactive, and highly dependable, with a deep understanding of child development and a commitment to creating a safe, stimulating, and emotionally supportive atmosphere. The nanny will work closely with the parents and household staff to ensure the children’s daily needs are met with consistency, care, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-time care for the child(ren), including feeding, bathing, dressing, naptime, and bedtime routines
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development
Accompany children to school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments
Manage children's daily schedules and maintain structure and routine
Monitor and record developmental milestones and daily notes for parents
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Maintain children's bedrooms, play areas, and belongings in clean, orderly condition
Pack for travel and accompany the family on domestic and international trips as needed
Coordinate with tutors, teachers, or therapists as required
Model and encourage respectful behavior, manners, and emotional intelligence
Administer first aid and medication when necessary
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a nanny in a private home, preferably with high-profile or high-net-worth families
Background in early childhood education or child development is strongly preferred
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
Comfortable with pets (if applicable)
Physically fit and energetic; able to keep up with active children
Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and travel
Calm demeanor, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle emergencies
Warm, emotionally intelligent, and deeply invested in children's well-being

Pay: $42,111.47 - $125,000.00 per year
