Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.ResponsibilitiesThe HR Coordinator may be assigned to focus on specific areas within HR Operations depending on departmental needs. These areas include, but are not limited to, Leave Management, Onboarding Coordination, and Payroll Support. While assignments may vary, core responsibilities include: Coordinates onboarding for candidates who receive job offers from Talent Acquisition. Ensures all onboarding steps and system processes are completed, communicates progress to stakeholders, resolves issues in collaboration with Compliance, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition, and schedules orientation.Complete payroll processing and address payroll-related inquiries and corrections. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues raised by the payroll processor.Manage the leave of absence process by working with internal resources and third-party vendor MetLife.
