ResponsibilitiesParticipate in stakeholder workshops during discovery to capture SOC, analyst, and executive viewing patternsDefine the dashboard system: wallboards, analyst dashboards, executive views; consistent grid, type, color, and motion languageDesign SOC wallboards optimized for ambient operational visibility (multi monitor, glanceable, color forward)Design analyst dashboards for triage, investigation, and workload managementDesign executive dashboards for leadership reporting and risk postureRequired Skills and Experience12+ years in product or enterprise UX design with 3+ years on operational, analytics, or monitoring dashboardsStrong Figma craft: components, variants, auto layout, tokens, prototypingTrack record designing for high information density: SOC, NOC, trading floor, command and control, observabilityWorking understanding of dashboard heuristics: pre attentive attributes, glanceability, alert hierarchy, color for severityStrong communicator; able to defend design decisions with senior security leadershipComfortable working alongside data engineers to constrain designs to feasible data and refresh rates
