You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes. The role requires extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A successful candidate must have a deep understanding of oil and gas and be capable of troubleshooting various production systems.\r\nResponsibilitiesResponsible for monitoring and optimization of all production and injection wells. This includes all process variables, ensuring that all production equipment is operating at peak reliability and efficiency, and acquiring and storing data.\r\nActively supports health, environment, and safety processes by accomplishing daily activities within applicable regulations and policies, carrying out duties in an environmentally conscious manner, following safe operating practices.\r\nOperates, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains oil and gas production equipment.\r\nPerform duties associated with oil and gas producing operations; including but not limited to plunger lift wells, process equipment, compression, dehydration, etc.:\r\nOptimizing artificial lift systems.\r\nTesting wells.\r\nAcquiring fluid level information.\r\nRecords keeping and data input.\r\nMonitors computer control systems.\r\nTests safety devices.\r\nOperates and monitors of SCADA.\r\nPartners with other employees, and contractors to ensure that all equipment is operating at peak efficiency.\r\nUtilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System to create work orders for inventory and work planning/prioritization.\r\nAssures all work performed adheres to customer's operational excellence standards and regulatory requirements.\r\nDrives on a routine basis.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.\r\nIn-depth understanding of upstream facilities including but not limited to: separation, pumping, gathering, tankage, LACT sales, metering, and compression.\r\nMust live within 70 miles of Cotulla, TX.\r\nHigh School Diploma or GED required. College Degree or Technical training preferred.\r\nValid US Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.\r\nMust be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility and fit for duty.\r\nPhysical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment.
