Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Project Manager - Capital MarketsLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)Duration: 12 months + Possible Extension/ConversionPay Rate: $60/hr - $70/hr (W2 Only)Job/Role Description:This role will lead end-to-end project delivery across regulatory and business initiatives in Capital Markets.This position will manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements, execution, monitoring, and closure.This position will serve as a liaison between Capital Markets front-office teams, line-of-business partners, and technology groups.Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear status reporting.Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.Develop high-quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive-ready materials.Required Qualifications6+ years of project management experience, ideally within financial servicesSolid understanding of Capital Markets products (demonstrated working knowledge required)Proven ability to work with front-office teams or act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholdersStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectationsExperience delivering projects within banking environments, with awareness of operational dynamicsRegulatory project experience requiredProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce clear and insightful reportingStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentProven analytical and problem-solving abilities
