Painter - 2nd/3rd Shift

YBI Recruiting is hiring 2nd and 3rd Shift Painters on behalf of one of our premier manufacturing partners-an industry leader that designs and builds equipment powering the nation's infrastructure. Responsibilities:Operate painting systems and spray truck bodies and components using handheld spray gunsApply paint to achieve consistent dry film thickness and meet quality standardsPerform regular quality checks to ensure paint application meets specificationsMonitor and adjust paint viscosity during shifts as neededConduct paint booth housekeeping and maintain filtersProperly care for spray guns to minimize downtimeEnsure surfaces are properly prepared prior to paintingLoad and unload parts and components for paintingMonitor booth and oven temperature gaugesMaintain accurate daily time recordsCross-train and assist in other work areas as production demands requireTrain and support new and current team membersFollow all safety, environmental, and quality policies, including proper use of PPEMaintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipmentDemonstrate commitment to company core valuesPerform other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDProficiency with paint guns and automotive painting techniquesVocational training can be considered in lieu of experienceAbility to read, write, and comprehend written instructions and materialsBasic computer usage knowledge Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in painting with electrostatic paint gunsProficiency in painting with HVLP paint guns Benefits Comprehensive benefits package includes:Affordable medical optionsDental and vision careMatching 401(k)Company-paid basic life insuranceWellness programsCompany eventsTuition reimbursementPaid vacation.
