authorized to work in the US will be considered for this position.\nKey Requirements\nDefine Migration Strategy\nRequirements and Design of a large Charging & Billing Data Migration Project to support a Tier 1 Telco Transformation\nShould be capable of architecting designs based on sound principles that support optimized data modeling as per program needs and timelines\nAssess, Design, and Deliver an approach and design that supports data migration builds, pilots, parallel runs and phased cut-over\nContribute to and support Design for Enterprise Data Modeling (Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Data Vault Modeling)\nResponsible for design and driving the enforcement of Migration Scripting of Error Handling and Logging Processes for Migration Scripts builds\nAccountable for ensuring the direction set by IT Management/Program Office, as well as ensuring best practices are followed across the scripting development lifecycle\nProvide input to project planning, resourcing, and budgeting activities Qualifications\nThorough understanding of migration methodology and experience in executing migration as part of BSS transformations (at least 4 big successful migration program executed as PM).\nKnowledge of BSS Processes.\nKnowledge of BSS components (functional level)\nKnowledge of Migration (functional)\nData Migration and Billing transformation strategy and approach\nTeam working experience\nStrong managing and planning skills\nExperience as delivery manager in a data migration project\nSolution Architect of Data Migration project\nGood problem solving skill\nHigh capacity to anticipate critical situations\nHigh technical skills\nKnowledge of CRM and Billing processes\nAt least 8 years of service oriented software development / integration design experience along with large scale migration of data.\nAt least 3+ years functioning as a Data Architect\nDeep understanding of high available, high performance, distributed architectures\nExpertise in Data Modeling (Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Data Vault Modeling, etc.)\nPractical Experience in at least 5 or more of the following:\nCharging and BSCS (at least one is Mandatory)\nExperience in implementation of Amdocs CES 8 (a plus, but not mandatory)\nMaster Data Management\nCustomer Data Migration Design and Scripting\nData Modeling\nExtract Transform & Load\nData Governance\nSQL, PL/SQL\nXML, XSLT, XPath, XSD\nSQL, Stored Procedures, Database Triggers\nUML & OOAD Database design & management (Oracle, MySQL, DB2, SQL Server)","company":"Logic
