This role combines cybersecurity architecture, DevSecOps, cloud, and AI/ML security expertise, in close collaboration with operational, detection, and incident response teams.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nCapture business, security, and compliance requirements and translate them into secure-by-design technical solutions\r\nAct as solution architect for cybersecurity platforms, including data science, AI/ML, and automation solutions\r\nBuilt and deploy LLM / AI tools\r\nDesign robust, secure, and resilient architectures aligned with enterprise and security architecture standards\r\nEngineer solutions that are operable, supportable, and manageable throughout their lifecycle\r\nContribute to DevSecOps pipelines, including CI/CD security controls, automation, and infrastructure provisioning\r\nSupport incident and problem management for critical cybersecurity services\r\nProvide architectural guidance on cloud security, identity and access management, and infrastructure security\r\nCollaborate with detection engineering, incident response, and operations teams\r\nProduce clear technical documentation, architecture blueprints, and design packages\r\nMandatory\r\nEuropean Union nationality (EU-27)\r\nFluent English (working language)\r\nMinimum 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity\r\nAt least one recognized cybersecurity certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GCED, GCIH, Security+, CEH, cloud security certs, etc.)\r\nStrong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, application and infrastructure security\r\nExperience with AI/ML security or data-driven security solutions\r\nSolid understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery\r\nExperience in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)\r\nAbility to work in a multicultural, international environment\r\nEligible for EU security clearance\r\nMaster's degree in IT or Cybersecurity\r\nStrong Assets\r\nKnowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)\r\nInfrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or equivalent)\r\nContainer and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)\r\nIdentity and Access Management (OpenID Connect, SAML)\r\nProgramming/scripting skills (Python strongly preferred)\r\nFamiliarity with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms\r\nWhat you'll love about working here\r\nAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
