This brings many advantages, including the opportunity for our employees to enjoy a diverse and rewarding lifelong career filled with new and exciting challenges.\nAs a Digitization PE, you will be accountable for\nLeading the team to identify right digital tools to run the critical Operation KPIs( RTT DMS)\nIdentifying and developing digital tools need for Process control Strategy\nLeading the Development of Digital tools needed for predictive maintenance\nLeading the Operational input for Argus and Stargate\nBeing the voice of Manufacturing in building Command control Room to help operators take the right decision\nJob Qualifications\nREQUIRED:\n3-6 years of controls engineering experience and leading teams.\nBS/MS degree in Engineering Or Computer Science\nStrong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skills\nAn aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations\n\nPREFERRED: Below skills will be needed in the job , and is a big plus:\nExperience with Digital tools Development and industrial networks & cyber Security\nExperience with Power BI\nExperience with SQL Database\nExperience with Prophecy , SAP & digital twins is a big plus\nProgramming knowledge and experience desired, i.e., Python\nJust So You Know:\nWe are committed to providing equal opportunities in employment.
