The ideal candidate will work with adults, with autism or developmental disabilities to provide behavioral therapy and support for our individuals in both Frederick and Prince George's Counties. Duties and tasks include conducting behavior assessments, writing behavior plans for adults with developmental disabilities utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Supports, and providing training and consultation to program staff. Must be BCBA licensed (or willing to apply for a license) in the State of Maryland. The successful candidate will need to pass a background check and must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving history.
