At this stage, designers should apply through our general core assessment and then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Once approved, you'll not only have access to general AI training projects but also be invited to contribute to design-specific projects. These projects focus on areas such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables).\r\nBenefits\r\nThis is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position\r\nYou'll be able to choose which projects you want to work on\r\nYou can work on your own schedule\r\nGeneral AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr, while design-focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nReview and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals\r\nEvaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance\r\nHelp train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design\r\nQualifications\r\nFluency in English (native or bilingual level)\r\nBackground in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design\r\nStrong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow\r\nExcellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice\r\nA current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required\r\nNote: Payment is made via PayPal.
