As part of a founder-led business building premium consumer brands globally, the organization emphasizes growth, entrepreneurship, and exceptional customer experiences.About the OpportunityThe E-Commerce Manager (Shopify) will take full ownership of the Shopify channel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product catalogues, active retailer engagement, and clear performance reporting.This role is critical to maintaining a seamless ecommerce operation and supporting the brand’s expansion into new markets and product categories. The position requires proactive management, strong attention to detail, and operational oversight to sustain and improve ecommerce performance.Responsibilities• Manage the Shopify product catalogue, including uploads, descriptions, imagery, pricing, tagging, and collections, with strict attention to accuracy.• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity across the ecommerce platform.• Maintain and update the retailer outreach tracker to keep pipeline information current.• Draft and send trade communications aligned with brand standards.• Build and maintain weekly ecommerce dashboards and produce clear performance reports.• Proactively identify and communicate performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities.• Coordinate the creation and localization of assets for new market launches, managing timelines and collaborating with designers and translators.• Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure product assets meet quality standards before publication.Requirements• Hands-on experience managing a live Shopify store, including catalogue and data management.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently track work and complete tasks.• Proficiency in data handling, dashboard creation, and performance reporting.• Excellent written English with the ability to draft brand-consistent communications.• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.• Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.Preferred Qualifications• Experience managing Amazon listings alongside Shopify.• Background in wholesale, retail account management, or trade marketing.• Experience supporting multi-market or international marketing operations and localization.• Experience working with premium, lifestyle, or gifting brands where catalogue accuracy and presentation are critical.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
