This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites and manufacturing environments, utilizing advanced welding techniques and mechanical skills to bring projects to life.\nSchedule\n6am-2:30PM with overtime when peak season hits - Monday- Friday with Saturdays if required. Paid Weekly! Temp-to Hire\nRequirements\nProficiency in MIG, TIG, & Stick\nAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.\nFamiliarity with using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and press brake machines.\nKnowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication practices.\nMechanical aptitude with understanding of rigging, pipe threading, assembly, ductwork fabrication, and machining processes.\nStrong basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during fabrication tasks.\nValid certifications in welding techniques; certifications in crane operation or forklift operation are a plus.\nAbility to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
