We are a rapidly growing, progressive company dedicated to hiring and developing a highly skilled, diverse, engaged workforce to meet and exceed the client's needs.\nTechServ offers a competitive benefits package including health, vision, life, and dental benefits, 401K with an excellent company match, training and development opportunities, and paid time off.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nQuality Assurance & Control: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.\nDesign Review: Conduct thorough reviews of engineering designs and documentation to identify potential quality issues, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and methodologies to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of QA/QC activities, including design reviews, test results, and compliance reports.\nCollaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and other departments to address quality issues and ensure that design specifications are met.\nTraining & Support: Provide guidance and support to engineering teams on QA/QC best practices, standards, and tools.\nRegulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and engineering practices adhere to relevant regulatory and industry standards.\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience: Proven experience in QA/QC engineering or design roles, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and design principles.
