Primary responsibilities will revolve around driving business results through retaining and growing existing client relationships. By taking accountability and leading consulting teams, the Principal will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional consulting services that are delivered accurately and timely. Dedication and a proactive approach will be essential in maintaining effective internal relationships and driving positive results.How You Will ContributeOversee and assume responsibility for large and jumbo client relationshipsDrive strategy and grow client relationshipsDemonstrate leadership by managing and/or mentoring colleaguesDeliver complex projects, teams and client deliverables through clear communication and leadershipDevelop multi-year strategic plans incorporating client's specific business needs and objectivesDevelop relationships across internal, client and vendor organizationsLead new business proposals, pricing and negotiations – from RFP response to contract execution.Partner with the broader consulting team and specialists to deliver on consulting projectsAdvise clients on analysis options, potential solution and alternativesPrepare for and facilitate client meetingsSkills & Experience To Be SuccessfulBA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education and trainingMinimum of 12+ years of employee benefits consulting experience including leadership experience and demonstrated success in growing client relationshipsStrong executive level presenceProven ability to maintain and grow revenueAbility to network, influence, and collaborate broadly across internal and client organizationsIn depth knowledge of health and welfare plans including design, financials, underwriting, vendors and solutionsAbility to manage complex projects, working with large teamsStrong client facing and communication skillsProficient with MS Office SuiteExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsStrong analytics, math and financial skillsFlexibility to travel for client and internal meetingsMaster's degree in related field (Preferred)Pay Range$200,000 - $250,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.Teammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability InsuranceFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition ReimbursementMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.Not reflective of all benefits.
