Control Tech 1","description":"Job Description\nThis position is responsible for efficient and effective performance of sampling raw materials and testing (except for the raw materials chemicals) in conformance with regulations and standards.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMaintain Quality Reports.\n\nMaintain and implement efforts in housekeeping and safety programs.\n\nMaintain the cleanliness and orderliness of Metrology Laboratory.\n\nPerform raw material sampling.\n\nPerform raw material inspections (Except for the raw materials chemicals).\n\nUnderstands and consistently follows multi-step documented procedures while conducting Inspections.\n\nMaintains accurate and well-organized Inspection records, notebooks and/or worksheets.\n\nMaintenance of the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance programs for equipment.\n\nProvide QC support for new product development/Launch/Capacity Expansion projects.\n\nSupport any Waste Reduction Initiatives that involve Incoming Inspection.\n\nDemonstrate Regulatory Compliance such as FDA inspection readiness, Corporate Audits, Internal Audits and maintain Training Compliance.\n\nDemonstrate Safety Compliance such as Strive for Zero Serious Accidents in the plant.\n\nContribute for the overall Safety Index plant goal of >98%.\n\nMust have awareness and respect of all company policies and safety rules.\n\nMaintain appropriate training/certification including GLP and GMP.\n\nRequirements\n\nHigh School diploma.\n\nExperience in Quality Control, Incoming Inspection, or Metrology Laboratory operations preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of GLP, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements.\n\nAbility to follow detailed, multi-step procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nExperience maintaining calibration and preventive maintenance records for laboratory or inspection equipment.\n\nStrong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.\n\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\n\n1-2 years' experience reading drawings and using measuring tools like caliper, ruler and vision system,
