Estimating Coordinator

Position Title: Estimating CoordinatorLocation: Eugene, ORSchedule: Full-time(Please No Recruiters)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, fast-paced, and positive individual to support our Estimating (Sales) team. This role is critical to keeping our estimating process efficient, accurate, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a helpful, team-first attitude.This position will work closely with our Estimators to assist with data entry, quote preparation, material tracking, and general administrative support within our CRM system (Buildertrend).Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and manage estimates in Buildertrend (CRM system)Assist Estimators with preparing and formatting customer quotesAssist in creating material tracking sheetsPrepare and assemble client contracts for review and executionCommunicate with clients as needed to support the estimating and sales processSupport project readiness by completing scheduling and pre-construction checklistsOrganize and maintain digital files and documentationCommunicate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate information flowProvide general administrative support to the estimating and sales teamBack up to front desk administrative support; answering phone calls and entering leadsAssist with additional tasks and projects as neededQualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksQuick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processesPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency with computers and general office software (Excel, Word, etc.)Experience with Buildertrend or similar CRM/project management software is a plusPrior experience in construction, estimating, or administrative support is preferred but not requiredDesired TraitsProactive and self-motivatedReliable and consistentProblem-solver with a figure it out mentalityHelpful, approachable, and professionalTakes pride in accuracy and quality of workAlong with the main duties, you will also be expected to carry out any other duties reasonably asked of you.BenefitsEmployer matching contribution retirement planPTO (paid time off)Health InsurancePaid HolidaysHealth Reimbursement AccountGym MembershipAflac Supplemental Insurance (various plans)The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:00am-5:30pm (Hours may vary as they are subject to change as needed, but this is the standard day-to-day schedule).4 day work weeks.Salary$20.00 per hour.About UsKaminski Construction is a full service, a family-owned general contracting business based in Eugene, Oregon.
