Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 4 direct reports. Keep the team focused, upbeat, and engaged. Build an operational understanding of the business. Maintain a clean AP queue and ensure accruals are built accurately. Collaborate with the General Ledger team. Use NetSuite OCR tool to monitor invoice status. Participate in meetings with the Purchasing Manager to resolve coding issues. Confirm whether the team is waiting on any purchase orders. SoftwareNetSuite Concur – Expenses MS Excel UKG (for timesheet approvals) QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Associate accepted). Proficiency in NetSuite.
