Associate Commercial Litigation Attorney

Company DescriptionWell established, mid-sized law firm located in the Western Suburbs seeks a commercial litigation associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, superior writing proficiency, and excellent communication skills. We are specifically looking for an attorney who fits well in our collaborative work environment.Requirements:Active member in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.JD from accredited law school.Ability to conduct research for, analyze, and write civil litigation pleadings, briefs and discovery documents.Experience in handling evidentiary hearings and trials.Ability to independently manage litigation files.Exceptional advocacy skills.Strong work ethic.For this position, our firm offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
