The Project Manager will coordinate:\n\n \n Site sequencing\n \n \n Device and infrastructure readiness\n \n \n Epic integration\n \n \n Clinical workflow validation\n \n \n Testing\n \n \n Cutover\n \n \n Operational readiness\n \n \n Deployment\n \n \n Post-go-live stabilization\n \n\n In addition to project execution, this role will partner with IT and operational leaders to develop, maintain, and execute on the Mindray deployment roadmap, including:\n\n \n Establishing a consistent approach for prioritizing units and sites\n \n \n Evaluating operational and technical readiness\n \n \n Coordinating capital requests with Operations\n \n \n Sequencing vendor and infrastructure dependencies\n \n \n Establishing governance and decision-making processes for the broader device integration program\n \n \n Executing Mindray implementations\n \n\n Qualifications\n\n \n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.\n \n \n Will also consider a background in BSN/RN, PharmD, MD, or a similar clinical education pathway combined with comparable IT project management experience and an advanced degree such as an MHA or MBA.\n \n \n PMP certification or equivalent is desired.\n \n \n Demonstrated experience leading device integration projects across an enterprise environment involving multiple equipment manufacturers and integration vendors.\n \n \n Familiarity with clinical device and integration solutions such as Capsule, Mindray, GE, Welch Allyn, Draeger, or similar technologies is strongly preferred.
