The right candidate will serve as a Power Platform/Power BI Developer to a dedicated customer organization.\r\nThis role provides Power Platform Developer and Power BI/data visualization support to a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base. Team members are respected and recognized for their role on the team. There is potential for professional development and career growth for motivated candidates.\r\nThe DSA Power Platform developer will develop low code no code solutions using Power Platform tools within the Army 365 tenant.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nActive DoD Secret Security Clearance\r\nHighly proficient in Power Platform solution development (1-5 years of experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI with intermediate DAX knowledge ideal)\r\nAdvanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience and understanding of its role in the Microsoft Office 365 (experience in the Army 365 tenant ideal) ecosystem\r\nHighly proficient in developing and managing Power BI solutions\r\nHighly proficient in developing and delivering data solutions\r\nProven proficiency in data visualization design\r\nSolid understanding of data model development\r\nExperience taking part in and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) activities\r\nSolid understanding of requirements gathering process\r\nProficient in documenting technical solutions developed and creating associated reference materials\r\nCustomer engagement experience with the ability to develop relationships and understand needs\r\nFoundational knowledge in Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities\r\nUnderstanding of UX/UI principles\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\r\nAbility to complete tasks with little to no supervision\r\nCOMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)\r\nComputing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 200, 300, 400, 600 or position specific certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate\r\nDesired Qualifications\r\nExperience working on an Agile Scrum team\r\nWorking knowledge of Power Platform environments and pipelines\r\nProficient with Model-Driven app development and Dataverse\r\nUnderstanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces\r\nExperience developing and delivering user training and reference materials\r\nDSA209\r\nLI-CW1\r\nMany of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
