The ideal candidate is a strong manager that excels in leadership, administration, and maintenance.\n\nEssential Functions\nManage night shift site operations.\nExecute the outlined responsibilities as defined in the contract Statement of Work (SOW)\nDeliverables\nCost\nTimeline\nWork with the organization and support departments to execute and improve contractual obligations and deliverables\nBuild and maintain a professional relationship with outside Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR’s) and Points of Contact (POC’s).\nMaintain Deployed Resources on-site standards (CREST, Mission Statement)\nManage a staff of on-site personnel.\nOversee Safety of all job site operations and equipment readiness at site\nPerform administrative tasks associated with running a site, including but not limited to: reports, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, payroll validation, daily meetings, etc.\nSecondary Responsibilities\nPerform general maintenance functions for electrical systems.\nPerform general maintenance functions for plumbing systems\nPerform general maintenance functions for HVAC systems\nPerform general maintenance functions for temporary facilities, buildings and tented structures to include carpentry or similar repairs.\nInstall all above systems under the guidance of licensed or trained supervisors.\nPerform grounds maintenance and limited site work tasks as needed.\nPerform equipment operation onsite as required (training will be provided)\nPerform daily/scheduled maintenance checks and services on Government Equipment, Company trucks and equipment.\nOperate site equipment to include but not limited to forklifts, tractors, work carts, yard maintenance equipment, skid steers (training will be provided)\nAssist with maintenance of water and wastewater systems.\nRepair company equipment as needed to maintain serviceable condition.\nCoordinate service calls when required.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nSkills and Specifications\nStrong organizational skills.\nGeneral knowledge of safe working practices.\nRead and interpret owner’s manuals, equipment schematics and work orders.\nAbility to speak, read and write English.\nHave a clean driving record, able to drive company vehicles.\nBasic understanding of Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.\n\nRequired Education and Experience\nHigh School Diploma (or equivalent) is required\nAny trade school certification is desired\n10 years’ experience in a maintenance or construction position is desired\n\nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see, hear, stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, climb, engage in repetitive motions, and use hands and fingers to manipulate objects, tools, or controls. May routinely and repetitively lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted (or heavier with the use of proper equipment and procedures).\n\nExpected Hours of Work\nThe ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends will be required based on contract needs. It is expected for this position to attend regular meetings during typical work hours in Eastern Standard Time as well as meetings as needed for assigned projects in other time zones.\n\nWork Environment\nThis job operates in workshop, facility, and field environments. We operate 24/7/365, inside and outside, in all weather conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, hand tools, site equipment and vehicles, and is required to use and wear standard PPE, which will be provided by the company. There is an expectation of clear communication in English both written and orally.\n\nTravel\nThis position requires up to 30% travel. Travel is dependent on contract load. The ability to travel to job sites and be away for extended periods of time based on contract needs is required. Short notice travel is required with 24-48 hours’ notice.\n\nWork Authorization\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\nMust be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)\nMust pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, occupational health physical and lift test (if applicable), credit check (if applicable), and a background check upon accepting a conditional offer of employment.\nMust possess a valid driver's license.
