Establish and maintain guidelines, assessing master data related issues and implementing improvement initiatives. Work with users from across the organization to optimize master data practices for the ERP and aid in the development of system reporting and dashboards for evolving business needs.\r\nMinimum Requirements\r\nEducation: Relevant experience considered\r\nExperience: Minimum 2+ years of ERP or related software experience\r\nExperience with ERP or related software\r\nExperience with master data related to manufacturing, construction, financials\r\nCapability to coordinate work with cross functional teams\r\nDevelopment and adherence to business standards\r\nTravel: 0-10%\r\nWork Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDevelop and maintain data entry guidelines and procedures to streamline data input and minimize errors.\r\nProvide training and support to staff on data entry best practices and ERP system usage.\r\nCoordinate mass data entry processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across the ERP system.\r\nCollaborate with various departments to aid in the development of system reporting based on changing business needs.\r\nMonitor data entry accuracy to ensure compliance with established data governance and standards.\r\nTrain users on data reporting capabilities and share new technologies for improved analytics over time.\r\nAnalyze system data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.\r\nDrive the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives.li>\r\nWork with Business Technology and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and enhance system functionality.\r\nManage the data obsolescence process.\r\nEnsure data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulations.\r\nPerforms other related duties as required and assigned.\r\nThe job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
