Senior Director, HR Business Partnering
MongoDB is looking for a transformational HR Leader who has partnered with senior leaders to drive complex, global change at scale. As the Senior Director, you will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer Leadership Team and the VP, HRBP to drive a people strategy that enables durable, profitable growth, expands our market reach, and builds a deep bench of leaders for tomorrow. The role reports to the VP, HR Business Partnering and manages a global team of two.At MongoDB, the HRBP team's key focus is to be a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business strategy into people and organizational priorities that drive performance, culture and growth. This includes shaping workforce strategy & culture, optimizing organizational design and building leadership capability. They use data and insights to influence decisions, anticipate talent needs and ensure that the business has the right structure, culture and capabilities to scale. In short, they are an extension of the business leadership team.
