This includes support program assessment, outreach and enrollment activities, monitoring the engagement, follow-up and caseload assignment functions of the program, and supporting overall operations Homebase. The Program Supervisor will work alongside the Homebase Director and management to collect, analyze and monitor data, track and help improve outcomes and support the quality assurance work within the program and its related special projects (FASTEN follow-up, SAMSHA enhancement, supplemental grants/services). They supervise the Data Manager and Archives Manager, and actively engage with funders, stakeholders and the S:US teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality programming and to meet all program contractual requirements.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nConduct monthly data reviews with Program Director in order to manage the budget and targeting of services and program activities of the contract.\n\nResponsible for the presentation of program enrollment and data reports to management.\n\nReview and monitor distribution of Financial Assistance and resources in coordination with Financial Liaison\n\nTrack all Financial Aid Request packets.\n\nMaintain the Department of Social Services enrollment reports.\n\nChart the monthly DSS target requirements. Track goals and relay data information to Program Director on a monthly basis.\n\nMaintain tracking reports for clients seeking services to ensure that Homebase is meeting Department of Homeless Services targets for families with children, adult families, and single adults.\n\nManage the daily work of a team of Homebase staff, including the Data Manager and Archives Manager.\n\nWork within a crisis driven environment with a knowledge base of housing and homeless prevention services\n\nAttend and deliver ongoing professional development as part of the S:US Homebase program.\n\nProvide qualitative and quantitative feedback to management to inform both policy and practi\n\nBe available to families seeking assistance at least five days a week, eight hours a day\n\nWork to ensure that families are receiving full support in the program\n\nServe as agency/program liaison to community agencies and/or groups\n\nProvide clear written reports that capture key findings to include provider areas of strength, and recommendations for improvemen\n\nAbility to work a flexible schedule when need ed\n\nComply with all S:US Employee Policies, Procedures, and Protocols, S:US Corporate CompliancePolicies, documentation standards, and NYS Dept. of Social Services Rules, Regulations, and Statutes\n\nWorking knowledge of various computer software programs including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
