The ARM Group is looking to hire a "Client Director" for one of its clients in NY (Remote).About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Director to lead growth initiatives within the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector. This is a high-impact role focused on driving strategic client partnerships, expanding business opportunities, and delivering data-driven insights and advisory solutions.You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping organizations make smarter, insight-led decisions while building long-term, value-driven relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth by promoting Insights & Advisory solutions across the TMT sectorBuild and manage relationships with senior executives and key decision-makersOwn the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure and account expansionDevelop new business while nurturing existing client relationships into long-term partnershipsPosition research, insights, and advisory solutions to address complex client challengesConsistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and pipeline goalsCollaborate with global teams to deliver innovative, client-centric solutionsUtilize CRM tools to manage pipeline visibility and sales performanceStay actively involved in project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectationsTravel as needed (approximately 40–50%)What We’re Looking ForProven experience in selling consulting, research, or advisory services within the TMT industryStrong track record of building and managing executive-level client relationshipsExperience developing and managing a $1M+ sales pipelineDemonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targetsStrong understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, and business strategy within the tech sectorExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityQualifications10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consultingPrior experience working with technology, telecom, or media clients is highly preferredStrong knowledge of solution-based selling and consultative sales approachesFamiliarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is a plusWhy This Role?Opportunity to work with global clients and senior decision-makersHigh visibility role with direct impact on business growthCollaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environmentRemote flexibility with strong career progression potentialDisclaimer:ARM GROUP is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
