Summary The Registered Dental Assistant/ RDA suports the dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.At CHOICE Healthcare Services, our mission is to provide everyone access to the healthcare they need. Other duties may be assigned.Assists the doctor in procedures Operated x-ray equipment and takes x-rays Prophy teeth Instructs patients on oral hygiene Chart and treatment plan with doctor Sterilizes instruments Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment Take IO's Charting Sealants, if applicable Education and/or ExperienceCertification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred BIlingual in Spanish, preferredCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCalifornia Registered Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant License X-Ray Certification Coronal Polish Certification required Current BLS certificationSealant Certification, preferred
