Planview Solution ArchitectLocation: New York City Hybrid Remote Employment Type: Full-time Contract Compensation: $75 hour Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Planview Solution Architect to join their team. This is a high-impact role responsible for designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-level solutions leveraging the Planview platform.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Planview modules and a strong ability to partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes, optimize processes, and maximize platform value.ResponsibilitiesPartner with finance and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable solutions using PlanviewDesign and present technical solutions, including architecture diagrams and implementation approachesLead solution design across Planview modules, including Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and AgilePlaceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration with enterprise systemsDrive adoption and optimization of Planview platforms to improve process maturity, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfactionDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials aligned with governance and best practicesParticipate actively in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and support iterative delivery processesContribute to knowledge management by creating, updating, and retiring documentation and knowledge articlesEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and integration standardsQualifications8+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using PlanviewProven experience with at least 3 full lifecycle Planview implementationsStrong expertise across Planview modules, including Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and AgilePlaceSolid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practicesExperience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)Background working with enterprise system integrationsFamiliarity with other Project Portfolio Management (PPM) toolsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsPlanview certifications or related technical certificationsExperience driving governance, process standardization, and operational maturityAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices
