US Citizenship Required.\n\n100% on-site. The Company is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join the Defense Engineering Team on our F-15 program in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role would support the Airframe Engineering team for the F-15.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\nCoordinate with key team members to help align priorities and key activities Weekly and monthly meeting support – Staff, PMM, ECAPA, ECAB metrics generation and chart prep – 25%\n\nMaintain program trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure consistent execution\n\nMonitor performance and assist control account managers with opportunities /risks, earned value management, discrete updates and variances\n\nMaintain the facilities and equipment plan for the Airframe Engineering Team\n\nMonitor airframe business execution metrics: CDRLs, staffing, on time release, Engineering first pass quality, noncompliance performance, Oobeya, various change boards, governance board, and more\n\nManage updates for our Risks Issues and Opportunity reviews\n\nLead project kickoffs, creation of BOEs, and senior Leader reviews\n\nCoordinate staffing with functional teams, maintenance of AP, and onboarding new teammates\n\nSupport planning, coordination and execution of engagement programs (recognition, surveys, employee listening, virtual and in-person events)\n\nDraft and publish internal communications (i.e., emails, intranet posts, newsletters, etc.) tailored to local audiences\n\n12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)\n\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\n\nor more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience\n\n3+ years of experience with Project Management\n\n3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership\n\n3+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements\n\n3+ years of experience using Microsoft Products, or other project management tools\n\nExperience working directly with Engineering Teams\n\nExperience leading/managing projects associated with production engineering, manufacturing engineering, and/or supply chain\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)\n\n5+ years of experience communicating with executive audiences\n\n5+ years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizations\n\nExperience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team members\n\nExperience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management and Finance\n\nEducation/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience).
