We operate across nine states, providing environmentally responsible services to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and large food manufacturing facilities, transforming raw materials into valuable products like biodiesel, plastics, and soaps.The RoleThis is a high-impact role responsible for owning marketing performance internally while managing our external agency and strengthening our presence in the communities and industries we serve.You will ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable growth, stronger local relationships, and increased brand visibility across our territory.Key Responsibilities1. Agency Management & Performance OversightServe as the primary liaison with our marketing agencyTranslate business goals into actionable marketing initiativesMonitor campaign performance and hold partners accountable to KPIsManage marketing budget and evaluate ROIEnsure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and growth targets2. Local Sponsorships & Community EngagementIdentify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities in:Local restaurant associationsHospitality and foodservice trade groupsCommunity and charity eventsIndustry conferences and networking eventsEnsure sponsorships align with strategic customer segmentsCoordinate event logistics, booth presence, and materialsTrack ROI and lead generation from eventsStrengthen brand reputation as a community-focused, responsible service provider3. Sales & Operations AlignmentWork closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversionDevelop marketing materials to support outbound and retention effortsCapture customer testimonials and case studiesTranslate field insights into improved messaging4. Brand & Market PresenceStrengthen visibility in our service areaOversee print materials, fleet branding consistency, and on-site messagingSupport social media presence tied to real operational storiesMaintain consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints5.
