Drill Operator and Head Locators

Directional Drill Operator And Drill Head LocatorAllstates Consulting Services is looking for experienced and reliable Directional Drill Operators and Drill Head Locators who hold a Class A CDL and has a minimum of 3+ years running underground fiber and coax cables. We have ongoing line work in the East Central part of PA. Must be willing to travel within 2 or 3 hours of your assigned market for work.ResponsibilitiesOperates Vemeer or Ditchwich directional drills.Installs and/or relocates underground cable including fiber optic, transportation, distribution and drop cable. Ensures that it meets industry standards, is technically reliable and performed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.Provides support for drill crews during all phases of construction activity.QualificationsMust be able to operate all equipmentCurrent valid driver's license and a Class A CDL with a clean driving record is required.3+ years of experience as a DRILL MANMust be able to lift, reach, dig and carry heavy objects; with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and infrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds.This position requires significant time doing manual labor functions, walking on uneven ground, working in tight spaces and in general, being overall physically demanding. Must be able to perform heavy physical work and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.Work up to 6 days per week in an all-weather environment and be willing to travel as required.All applicants must speak the English language fluently and clearly.Must be willing to join the Union.If you're a dependable person ready for the road and a great paycheck, this could be a perfect fit!
