If you are a strategic thinker who values integrity, collaboration and the joy of the natural world, we want to meet you.Essential FunctionsLeadership & Financial VisionDrive departmental evolution as a leader by leveraging emerging technologies and high-performing talent.Partner with cross functional leaders to align financial goals with the WBU strategyUse financial modeling and data analytics to help the leadership team make informed business decisions.Consolidate department projections into a unified, high-level corporate financial plan.Financial Operations & Asset ManagementDirect the preparation of financial statements, manage cash flow, and safeguard company assets. Lead and inspire the accounting team by fostering a high-performance culture rooted in our core values.Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax firms.Maintain rigorous internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.ESOP Stewardship & Financial LiteracyChampion ESOP financial literacy, educating staff on the link between operations and share value. Manage annual valuations, participant reporting, and ESOP audits in coordination with third-party administrators.We're looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management or a minimum of ten years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of management experience and general accounting duties. A CPA is preferred. You should be a team player with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen skills. The ability to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly is essential. Must be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SageThis is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) based in our Carmel, IN office, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.
