You will balance long-term vs short-term technical decisions throughout design, build, and launch. You should have a positive attitude of continuous improvement, and strong work ethic; you will work fast and smart, and adapt and iterate quickly.\n\nKey job responsibilities\n\nDefine and deliver critical programs across multiple organizations and across engineering, science, product, and user experience disciplines\nCreate strong mechanisms to streamline program management, facilitate coordination, and provide SVP/VP-level updates every week.\nStrong communication skills with all levels of leadership, they should be able to represent complex decisions, trade-offs and solutions in various forums every week.\nIdentify and resolve roadblocks and conflicts that originate during program execution.
