The Joshua Lawrence Agency LLC, an independent agency with American Family Insurance, is looking for an Agency Service Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI! About the Role At the Joshua Lawrence Agency, one of Northeast Wisconsin’s fastest-growing insurance agencies over our 18-year history, we foster a collaborative team environment powered by over 75 years of combined industry expertise. As our Agency Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping our agency running smoothly. You’ll assist with insurance-related administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations. What You’ll Do: ✅ Process insurance related documents ✅ Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism ✅ Assist with billing, payments, and claims follow-ups ✅ Develop and implement agency systems and processes ✅ Data entry for quoting current and prospective customers What We’re Looking For: ✔ Previous administrative or office support experience (insurance experience a plus!) ✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems ✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude What We Offer: Competitive pay: $15 - $18 per hour, based on experience Full-time, stable position with growth potential Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry Flexible schedule and PTO offered If you’re a motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
