About The PositionDevCo is hiring for a Full-Time Executive Assistant to be based in either our Bellevue, WA or Minneapolis, MN office (hybrid in-office working schedule)! The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the President and other members of Executive Leadership. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant will provide and lead support to both internal and external parties in a manner that reflects positively on the Company. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing competing demands with discretion and efficiency.Serve as primary point of contact and liaison between executives, internal teams and external partners.Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling requests for meetings, appointments, and phone calls. Provide President with appropriate preparation before meetings and check-ins, including creating agendas, providing reminders about content and action items and tracking follow-up itemsManage internal communication and prioritization, including organizing, flagging and managing action items and tasks, and holding key players accountable to priorities.Capture key discussion points, decisions and action items during meetingsWrite and edit internal and external communications.Conduct research and draft memos for President.Provide admin support to other executive leadership members. Help plan and execute team events, offsites and leadership meetingsCoordinate logistics including venues, travel, catering and materialDrive process improvements and implement scalable administrative systemsAssist with additional general administrative tasks as needed.Set-up audio/video equipment for in-house (or remote) meetingsAttend trainings as scheduled and assigned. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)Strong attention to detail and organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgement with minimal supervisionMust be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties. Successful completion of background check and drug screen required. Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
