The baker will follow recipes and menus, cut baked goods, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing and glazes to enhance item presentation. You will also be responsible to clean workstations and equipment as well perform other duties to ensure that all meals go out smoothly.\n\nEssential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities\nAccurately and efficiently prepares a variety of food items in accordance with assigned work instructions and menus.\n\nRefers to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties and completes opening and closing checklists daily.\nKnows and complies consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, recipes, policies and procedures.\nHandles, stores, labels, and rotates all products properly and in accordance to applicable state laws.\nFollows assigned instruction to properly stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth serving of food.\nWhat You'll Need:\nHigh School Diploma, GED or Equivalent\nAt least one (1) year of relevant cooking experience required\nPrior experience cooking in a cafeteria or large volume production facility a plus\nPrior knowledge and experience in a kitchen or large cafeteria setting preferred\nExperience with safety procedures as typical in a cafeteria or food service environment\nBenefits:\nTrinity Services Group (TSG) offers comprehensive benefits to all regular-full time employees:\nMedical w/prescription coverage\nBenefit Credit received when enrolled in a TKC medical plan, to help offset your benefit costs.
