The Human Resource Manager will oversee the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and professional development programs, handling conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with leadership to support organizational goals and staff well-being.QualificationsExperience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processesProficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering Workplace CultureKnowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy DevelopmentExpertise in Performance Management and Training Program DevelopmentStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretionProficiency in HR software and technology is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)PHR or SPHR certification is preferred but not required
