Love. Unite.\nThe Program Coordinator, reporting to the Program Specialist, oversees the implementation of Expanded Learning Opportunity Programs (ELOP) across multiple school sites. This role supervises and supports site-level staff—including Site Coordinators, Site Leads, and Group Leads—while ensuring alignment with TCF and district standards.\nThe Program Coordinator is responsible for upholding California’s Quality Standards for Expanded Learning by promoting program quality, supporting staff development, managing compliance and administrative tasks, and fostering a safe, enriching environment for students, families, and staff.\nEssential Functions\nSupervision & Leadership Support\nSupervise and support Group Leads through regular site visits, observations, and ongoing coaching to ensure effective delivery of age-appropriate activities.\nEnsure staff consistently adhere to TCF and partner agency expectations, including lesson planning, behavior management, professional conduct, dress code, and language use.\nCollaborate with partner agency leaders to foster a cohesive and accountable team culture;
