Administrative Assistant The Gathering Place Church The Gathering Place Church is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, staff coordination, and ministry communications. This role provides administrative, scheduling, and reporting support to the Senior Pastor, staff, and ministry teams, and serves as a liaison with United Methodist District and Conference offices. Responsibilities include: Managing office communications (phone, email, mail) Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Preparing and submitting required District and Conference reports Maintaining records, files, and databases Preparing documents and correspondence Ordering office supplies and supporting staff and ministry teams Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and collaboratively Administrative experience preferred Details: Part-time (30 hours/week) Remote / Work-from-home Hourly Wage: $18–$25 based on experience No health benefits or vacation included Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33410 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: West Palm Beach, FL 33410 (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Palm Beach, FL 33410
