Lead Product Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Customer Profile & Platform capabilities. This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable, secure, and data-driven platform solutions that power seamless omni-channel customer experiences. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, analytics, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that serve millions of customers. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role Strong experience in platform product management (customer data, APIs, or enterprise platforms) Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning) Experience using data, analytics, and KPIs to drive product decisions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services / fintech / lending domain Exposure to customer 360 / customer profile platforms Familiarity with AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, etc.)
