This position plays a vital role in the successful delivery and sustainment of cybersecurity services for commercial and NIPR subscribers under the C5ISR DEVCOM Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) umbrella. This individual will support core CSSP service operations including customer onboarding, Nessus scanner management, tier 1 cloud log monitoring, and Kibana customer access administration. Acting as a front-line operator, the Cloud Administrator ensures that subscribers receive timely, accurate, and in-scope support throughout the lifecycle of their CSSP engagement.
