This dynamic role requires diverse skills, flexibility, and a strong desire to contribute to our construction processes. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and supports the rest of the project team in the daily on-site supervision, coordination, and management of field operations for ground-up multifamily projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company safety, quality, and building code standards. The daily activities on a construction project are fluid, so the role is fluid as well to accommodate the daily changes. This role requires hands-on work as well as management of subcontractors and will include cleanup, carpentry, unloading of deliveries, material inventory, completion of daily reports, and many other tasks. No day will ever be the same as the previous one.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\nAccurately track material usage and report discrepancies.\nParticipate in weekly site meetings.\nField calls from subcontractors regarding projects.\nSelf-manage responsibilities and follow the company's safety program.\nMaintain professionalism under tight deadlines.\nAssist in managing daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries.\nEnforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance, performing daily safety audits.\nPerform quality control inspections to ensure work meets construction documents and standards.\nDevelop, maintain, and close out punch lists for project milestones and final turnover.\nHelp maintain site logistics, ensuring a safe, organized, and clean job site.\nReview site conditions, layouts, and dimensions to ensure accuracy.\nPerform hands on carpentry and cleanup duties as required to support the project and keep it running smoothly.\nManage labor cleanup crew as needed.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications & Skills:\n5+ years of construction experience.\nWillingness to work non-traditional hours when necessary.\nCertifications: OSHA 30-hour certification strongly preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office products.\nExcellent math skills and strong attention to detail.\nPositive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.\nSuperior communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to prioritize workload and self-direct tasks.\nStrong understanding of construction operations.\nCapability to manage heavy workloads effectively.\nStrong team player who takes responsibility for their work.\nPhysical Demands:\nAbility to walk, climb stairs, sit, and stand for extended periods.\nAbility to walk the entire job site, including uneven surfaces and high-rise structures.\nMust be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, etc.).\nWhy Join Us?
