Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated route, delivering products, servicing equipment and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels on your route, ensuring that products are stocked appropriately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs.
Utilize organizational skills to manage daily schedules, deliveries, and customer accounts efficiently.
Perform heavy lifting as needed to load and unload products from the vehicle.
Sell additional products and services to customers based on their needs.
Skills
Strong ability to drive safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory counts.
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
