Residential Maintenance

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on residential military homes on base. This will include, light plumbing, electrical, and other misc items. Caulking, tightening, and replacing of broken items in the home. Will be held accountable to making a punch list in each home to find all repairs needed. Will be held responsible for the quality control lists Experience Light plumbing (Sinks, garbage disposals, p-traps, tub diverters, caulking, tub stems Light electrical (Changing out light fixtures, outlets, GFCIs, range-hood motors) Join us in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment!
