FINANCE SYSTEM & REPORTING MANAGERWinchester, VA (Onsite)$120,000- $165,000 + BonusWe are seeking a Finance Systems & Reporting Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and integration of core financial systems. This role will own the OneStream platform and JD Edwards (JDE) financial modules, ensuring accurate data, streamlined processes, and high-quality reporting.This position plays a critical role in supporting financial operations, driving automation, and delivering insights to leadership. You will partner closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities and strengthen data governance.Bonus eligibilityFull benefits (health, dental, vision)401(k) with matchPTO + paid holidaysTuition reimbursement & growth opportunitiesOVERVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM & REPORTING MANAGER ROLE:Administer and enhance OneStream (consolidation, planning, reporting, workflows)Serve as functional lead for JD Edwards financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Job Costing)Manage data integrations, master data, and system security/complianceBuild and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs (Power BI preferred)Support close, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting cyclesDrive automation, process improvements, and data governancePartner with Finance, IT, and vendors on system enhancements and projectsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM & REPORTING MANAGER:Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field5-10+ years of finance systems experienceHands-on OneStream (or similar EPM) experienceStrong JD Edwards Financials knowledgeExperience with reporting tools (Power BI), Excel, and basic SQLUnderstanding of financial processes and internal controls#INAPR2026#ZRCFS#LI-BN2#LI-onsite
